Returns & Refunds

Mix & Mingle doesn’t turn a profit on our events. We’re fully self-funded and are trying to build something that we think is important, so we’re happy to make a loss while doing that.

The flip side of this is that tickets purchased for all our events are final sale. We get that plans change of course — if you need to pull out of an event then we can’t offer a refund.

Instead, we operate a Waitlist on most events. If you can’t make it and you let us know, we’ll reach out to the Waitlist and if we successfully replace you then we will transfer your ticket value to a future event of your choosing.

For example, if you bought a $15 ticket to an event (exc. booking fee), and want to go to another event that has a $25 ticket price, you’ll get a $15 discount. If you bought a $25 ticket to an event and want to go to another event that has a $15 ticket price, you’ll get that ticket for free and have $10 leftover for another event.
